Will not transfer my photos from my iPhone X to the flash drive. It says go to a certain place and that is not on my phone. So I guess it’s incompatible with my phone. But I refuse to send it back because I’m not paying eight dollars to send it back and I’m not driving 21 miles to send it back. I wish it would have worked, wasted time and money.

I had almost 1,000 pics and vids stacked up on my iPhone and this device made it easy to transfer them over to a much bigger storage device. The last usb drive you will ever buy. Typically 500mbs reads and writes on all types of usb and thunderbolt. Obviously if your doing tb transfers you'll want a different product, but for general use this ticks all the boxes for performance and quality. Super easy and much faster than wireless transfers from phones to pcs etc etc.
