This case is not shockproof, but I have dropped my phone with no effect many times from my six feet of height in a moment of clumsiness with no ill effects. Most importantly, this is waterproof. I once left my phone in my bathrobe and threw the bathrobe into the wash. It wasn't until the rinse cycle that I realized what i had done. No harm to the phone. Case is super nice but when you put the back case on the volume and power buttons stay pressed in causing screenshots and unnecessary things to happen. Phone is unusable with case on. Poorly made!! Very upset because its a very nice case!!

This phone case kept my phone dry(which was the most important feature). However, it is at times hard to hear phone calls. I will keep this phone case for when I know I will be around water, lake trips, pool trip ect., but do not keep it on my phone all the time.

The belt clip is a little bulky, but it feels solid and durable. I like the textured grip on the sides — makes it easier to hold without slipping. The buttons are easy to press and very responsive. I haven’t tested it in water and don’t plan to unless necessary, but overall, it feels like good prote
