Bought 2. After several calls to customer support (which is decent) they mostly work as intended. They seem to have issues with receiving Rcs texts occasionally. They don't tell you that even when you pay for the top tier plan that gives you a browser and access to apps these functions only work on WiFi, so what exactly is the added fee paying for? All in all its an affordable way to have a phone for kids that you fully control so my grievances aside they are OK for what they are.

Light weight but very strong and durable. The screen protector is really great as well. I've used them on the entire family's last two phones (each), so we've bought 8 of them total. And we're not easy on phones! The picture is a close-up of the rubber non slip back of the case.

It's a great mid grade phone. No phone in perfect, but this is top of the line out of mid grade phone to me. I could feel different in a couple of years but now it's great.

It's a very good phone, great build quality, screen is amazing and the fingerprint reader is really fast. Recommended for people who are not into gaming or very demanding tasks that require much processing power.

Purchased this phone knowing that it is is locked and because of the price. I had no intent on activating with trace phone as this phone was intended to be added to our app as security camera so it does not require service only WiFi and for our purpose it works as intended. I purchased this to replace a 3-4 year old Samsung S21 Ultra because Samsung throttled back updates, perhaps to force sales of the S 25? This Motorola looked pretty good on paper, coming with a lot of RAM, ram boost and over 100 G of internal storage as well as a SD card slot and wireless charging.
