Quick delivery and excellent phone. I could not tell that it was refurbished in any way other than perhaps packaging was of course not Apple. Otherwise, the phone is in perfect condition and has 100 percent battery life. I was concerned at first about purchasing a refurbished Iphone but I worried for nothing! I love the color of it and was so excited to get a perfect Iphone 16 for the price! Highly recommend this product from this seller.

My only complaint is the delay in delivery.The phone is 100% recommended. It was delivered on July 15th, and I opened the package today, the 25th. The phone is in perfect cosmetic condition. I'd say there are no signs of previous use. The battery is 100% charged with only 10 charge cycles.

Wanted an upgrade so I bought this phone after previously using my iPhone XS for 4 years, and let me tell you something this phone is amazing came in perfect condition no scratches at all and worth all my money. I was a little skeptical to get it because of the bad reviews and I never bought a phone from Amazon so this was different for me.

Horrible slow phone. Don’t buy this junk phone. The iOS on it is the worst yet. Ghost screen presses, unresponsive apps. Slow flicker when scrolling. My s22 was a much better phone and camera than this.

Bought a renewed premium from Amazon and the phone looks brand new. Battery life was at 98% and it still had some months left on the original apple warranty. Phone works as advertised, but coming from a 12 pro, I really didn't notice any huge difference. Sure the camera is much better and the phone is faster, but I was unimpressed with the upgrade. That's an Apple thing, not an Amazon thing.I've bought several renewed prem iphones from Amazon over the past 3 years and they never disappoint.

Bought the phone for a upgrade from my 12 mini, and just needed more storage. Bought in Excellent condition, nothing bad, only problem is that it does have a small chip on the front camera. Nothing i would personally look at so it doesn't bother me. I went from a 64 gb to a 128 gb, i dont need much i only use it for pictures and apps. but the 64 was sadly too little and i got this. a wonderful purchase and i dont regret it! was a little confused on how to set it up but I got it! Would recommend

I got the black titanium in excellent condition and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Phone is basically brand new except for a few scratches in the right corner of the screen but it isn’t noticeable at all once I put a screen protector on. The battery life is amazing! Came in great condition, was easy to hook up a set up, only thing was didn’t come with a cube to be able to plug my charger into to charge my phone.
