I am writing this review years after purchase, showing the abuse this case has sustained during this time. I have multiple kids under 5 and happen to be really clumsy (or careless? 🫤) with my phone, so I have used a Lifeproof case for what seems like forever. This case has been dropped from 2 stories, used for teething, submerged into many baths, and more. It is STILL waterproof even with all this wear.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I ordered the black one, and it's super slim and nice to hold. The lens camera cover is unique, and I think offers added protection. For the price, this is a good case. Recommended.

I think this phone is water-resistant, super water resistant, but water-resistant at best. I haven't fully submerged it / done a test submersion but given the design and layout, I couldn't see it holding up against water if fully submerged. With that being said: the screen cover on this is awesome.
