Item was in pretty good condition, I wouldn't say excellent, which is what I paid for. Screen had quite a few scratches, two that were deep scratches. Body was in excellent condition. Battery health was at 85%. All and all solid device for the price but honestly if I had know the condition the device was going to arrive in, I would've saved myself a couple of more dollars and would've gone for good condition instead of excellent.

This phone was amazing quality for the priceIt was like brand new. No signs of wear and we used it with 2 different phone services without any problems. We finally updated and then sold this to a friend and she is still using it without any problems. I would buy from this seller again for sure. I loved the color which was called Pacific Blue and it hooked right up and worked perfectly.

Do not buy used phones! Learned my lesson here. This phone has been a nightmare since day one. The sound button broke off the phone, cost 200 to fix. The sound has never been good. The screen locked up often. The last update on 6/13 locked it up permanently. We just bought a new phone. Worst decision ever!

I have to say that despite this phone listed as ‘excellent’ it appeared to be ‘premium’. The battery life was as listed it would be. Ran it through the Apple paces and everything went flawlessly (my first IPhone). Nice capacity for the price. Very impressed, utterly satisfied.

I have the phone two weeks now and works great. This is my first iphone so I wanted to get a used one to make sure I'd like it without spending a crazy amount of money on it. The phone came in great condition visually, only one slight scratch but definitely not noticeable. My only issue was the battery came at exact 80% and by the next week it was down to 79% with almost no usage so I'm not sure if this battery is gonna last very long. Very unfortunate. Overall it's a decent purchase.
