They did refund me and did not request the product back. Put it on my dog while we walked in the woods. If she was more than 10ft away it couldn't track her. Cheap hardware definitely won't hold up to any kind of moisture. Tested a second one by leaving it in my truck and it never registered unless I was standing next to the truck. I had other people with me both times, an iPhone and an Android user they were within 10ft of the device. Useless device do not buy it!
